What conditions do you treat?

My background is in family medicine and mental health, and I love treating the whole person. The “whole” person involves 3 components that can’t be separated. Mental, physical and spiritual health (not religious, but rather your purpose for being on this earth). Western medicine tends to separate symptoms into specialties and often fails to look at the entire picture. I look at the entire you. Your symptoms, experiences, family and personal history, possible external factors, and truly listen to what you want and need.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes

Do you take insurance?

Yes! Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, HealthPartners and Cigna. Unfortunately we do NOT accept Medica, Allina Health, Aetna, Medicare or Ucare though we can submit for out of network benefits.

I’m a past patient now what?

Request an appointment, fill out the forms, and we’ll pick up where we left off! You are considered an “established patient” and have more options for follow up visit times and costs.

I hear that you collaborate with my therapist and primary care doctor?

Yes! Good care is whole care. I am dedicated to working with your medical team to assure you have the best care possible.

HOW DO REQUEST A REFILL?

Email us here. Please be advised requests may take up to 72 hours. If you run out of your antidepressant unexpectedly, ask your pharmacy for an emergency refill and contact us right away.
